Sarvesh Gupta – Founder & CIO

Sarvesh has been a professional investor across listed and unlisted space for almost 15 years.

Before launching Maximal PMS, he was a SEBI-registered investment adviser during 2017-22, advising portfolios of HNIs, CXOs, NRIs, and family offices across listed equities and high-yield debt strategies, generating double-digit alpha for clients.

Before Maximal, he was the fund manager at Trivantage Capital PMS during 2016-17. Sarvesh was instrumental in setting the fund from ground zero to reach multi-hundred crores in assets driven by his strong performance with high double-digit alpha across portfolios.

Preceding that, he was Principal with Gaja Capital during 2010-15, one of India’s leading private equity firms focused on investing in sectors across financial services, consumer products and services, and education. At Gaja, he participated in and often led the investment process including deal screening, promoter/intermediary meetings, company visits, financial/strategic/business diligence, and research.

Sarvesh has an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a BTech from IIT Kharagpur.

Yash Dedhia – Investment Analyst

Yash has over 4 years of finance domain experience in firms such as Deloitte and BPCL. Entrepreneurial in nature, Yash founded Ergo Trading, a B2B supplier for LNG before joining Maximal Capital.

He is a CA and has completed all three levels of CFA as well. He did his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Chinar Sheth – Head Operations and Compliance

Chinar brings over 11 years of diverse experience in the Capital & Commodity Markets. Before joining Maximal Capital, Chinar headed Operations and Settlements at Ventura Securities, where they led key initiatives to streamline processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations. With a strong background in financial markets, Chinar has also worked with prominent firms like First Global Securities Ltd and India Infoline, where they gained invaluable insights into market dynamics, risk management, and customer relations.

Shrey Chawda – Operations Analyst

Shrey has over 5 years of experience in e-commerce, and Business Development.

Before joining Maximal Capital, Shrey was working as a Team leader, managing Retail E-commerce business for Pattison Food group. Prior to this, he was involved in executing Business Development activities in service industry.

Shrey has completed his Master of Business Administration from the University Canada West and Bachelor in Financial Markets from University of Mumbai.

Ankit Gandhi CFA, FRM
Client Relations

Ankit has over 4 years of work experience in the equity markets. Prior to joining Maximal Capital, Ankit was a Sr. Financial planner at Fntoo (previously Known as Financial hospital), a Fintech wealth management startup. There, he advised various HNI, Corporates & individuals regarding financial planning, treasury & risk management.

Ankit is a CFA® charterholder & Certified FRM®, and has completed his Masters and Bachelors in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
